Scott relocated to Franklin, Tennessee after just one visit in 2014. “I moved here for the hometown feel and great atmosphere.”
A business graduate from Harper College, Scott put that degree to use by opening his own tobacco pipe business. “I spent twelve years in the tobacco industry, where I handmade custom tobacco pipes for private collectors. Some of my pipes even ended up in a few museums. I also enjoyed writing many articles published around the world.”
After seeing the massive decline and regulations, Scott decided to pivot his focus to another passion, the real estate industry. “I have always had a passion for real estate, and I’ve always been great with working with the public.
